Milk Thistle is traditionally used in Western Herbal medicine to support liver health & function, detoxification process, and
relieve abdominal bloating.
Adults: Take 1 film coated tablet per day with food, or as advised by your health professional. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns.
