Adults: Take 2 soft capsules daily. Or as advised by your healthcare professional.
In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. If symptoms persists, talk to your health professional. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains sulfites and soya bean products. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C.

Tagetes erecta (Marigold) flower ext. dry conc. 15.63 mg equiv. to flower fresh 9.77 g equiv. to Lutein 10 mg equiv. Zeaxanthin 2 mg, Curcuma longa (Turmeric) rhizome ext. dry conc. 105.26 mg equiv. to rhizome dry 5.26 g, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 300 IU) 7.5 micrograms.
