CARUSO'S HERB SLIPPERY ELM POWDER 150G

30 minutes before a meal, add half a tablespoon (approx. 2.2g) into a glass of water, milk or juice (250ml), stir thoroughly and drink immediately, up to 3 times a day. Always use a dry spoon and replace lid after use.
