Caruso’s K2+D3+Magnesium maintains bone strength and helps suppport bone health. Caruso’s K2+D3+Magnesium helps to increase the body’s absorption of dietary Calcium and Phosphorus. Vitamin D supports the absorption of Calcium into bones and together with Vitamin K2 helps to increase the metabolism of Calcium in the bones.
Caruso’s K2+D3+Magnesium contains six forms of Magnesium in a time-release formula which releases Magnesium into the body over an eight-hour period. Magnesium supports muscle health, healthy muscle contraction and muscle relaxation. It helps to relieve muscle cramps and mild muscle spasms, and reduce the occurrence of muscle cramps, when dietary intake is inadequate. Magnesium also maintains the health and function of the nervous system, supports a healthy stress response in the body, and helps to relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension.
Vitamin K2, Vitamin D3 and Magnesium also maintain the health of your heart and cardiovascular system. Vitamin K2 provides the additional benefit of helping to support artery and blood vessel health.
Adults: Take 1 brown capsule (Vitamin K2+D3) and 1 white tablet (Magnesium) daily with food or as advised by your health professional.
