Chemists’ Own PROVANCE Sleep Forte combines valerian, hops, passionflower and lemon balm. It has been formulated with herbs used in traditional Western herbal medicine to reduce sleeplessness, relieve disturbed or restless sleep and support refreshing sleep.
Adult dose: Take 2 capsules once daily 30-60 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your health professional.
In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
