Woy Woy Pharmacy has been a pillar of the local community for over 15 years. While during this time our name has changed, our commitment to our customers has always remained the same.
More recently known as Kuoch Chemist Woy Woy, we have decided to go back to our roots and rename ourselves to resonate better with our commitment to our local community.
Our store is a unique pharmacy, with our large size allowing for a wide range of services as well as a comprehensive product range.
As well as an extensive range of products, we are also proud to offer long trading hours, free weekday delivery and an in-house consultation room.
While Woy Woy Pharmacy has been an active part of the community for over 10 years, our owner Salim joined us in May 2020.
While Salim is new to the pharmacy, he is a great pharmacist, with over 17 years in the industry. He has been servicing the Tuggerah and Toukley community with his pharmacies for the past 14 years and we have been excited to see what experiences he has bought to our pharmacy.
With a passion for service and helping the local community, Salim has been an incredible addition to the Woy Woy team and we are excited to have him as our owner.
At the core of the success of our store are our staff and pharmacists. Working alongside Salim is a team of qualified and experienced pharmacists.
With over 30 years of experience between them, our pharmacists have the knowledge and passion to ensure the best standards of care for our customers. Our pharmacists are always undertaking more training and are currently licensed to provide some injections such as the Flu vaccine.
Our pharmacists are always on hand to provide medical knowledge and help with any concerns you may have. We also have an in-store consultation room to allow for more thorough medical enquiries or injections.
The staff within the pharmacy are at the core of its success. Our staff are dedicated individuals who care for our customers, with some staff members having been with the store for over 10 years. We value our customers and enjoy having a chat in-store.
Product knowledge is a key focus of our staff and we aim to use our vast experience to help our customers when possible. Please make sure you stop by and say hi to the team!
